Description
Udbuddet vedrører indgåelse af en kontrakt om bygherrerådgivning til Bygherre i forbindelse det igangværende nitratrensningsprojekt. Kontrakten omfatter bygherrerådgiverens bistand til Bygherres overordnede tilrettelæggelse, styring og koordinering. Rådgiveren skal herunder blandt andet bistå Bygherre med fastlæggelse af projektets organisatoriske, tekniske og udbudsmæssige grundlag. For en yderligere beskrivelse af opgavens omfang og art henvises til Bilag 2C - Opgavebeskrivelse og Bilag 2F - Afkrydsningsskema. Udbuddet gennemføres som et offentligt udbud i henhold til forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivets art. 45. Der udbydes en offentlig kontrakt, der kan anvendes af Aalborg Vand A/S. Kontrakten indgås med Aalborg Vand A/S, som kontraktholder. Kontraktstyring og administration af kontrakten varetages af Bygherre. Med henvisning til forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivet art. 65 har Bygherre valgt ikke at opdele kontrakten i særskilte delaftaler, idet kontrakten vedrører en samlet og indbyrdes…
