Description
Udbuddet gennemføres som et begrænset EU-udbud efter udbudslovens §§ 58-60. Det indebærer, at virksomheder skal ansøge om at blive udvalgt til at afgive tilbud (prækvalificeret). AAB vil udvælge 5 virksomheder til at afgive tilbud. Der gennemføres ikke forhandlinger inden kontrakttildelingen, og tilbudsgiverne skal således alene afgive ét (1) tilbud. Tilbudsgiver bør derfor sikre, at tilbuddet er udformet på sådan en måde, at kontrakten kan indgås uden forhandlinger og uden foregående drøftelser mellem AAB og tilbudsgiver. Udbuddet gennemføres i sin helhed (undtaget dog indgåelse af kontrakt) elektronisk via udbudsplatformen Byggeprojekt: https://app.byggeprojekt.dk/webapp/public/2163-AAB_afd._25_, hvorigennem al kommunikation med AAB vil og skal foregå.
