Bygningsstyrelsen udbyder en rammeaftale om miljø- og jordrådgivning i forbindelse med nedrivning af minkerhvervets produktionsanlæg. Rammeaftalen omfatter rådgivning vedrørende de produktionsanlæg, som overdrages til Bygningsstyrelsen til nedrivning. Ydelserne omfatter blandt andet kortlægning af bygningsforurening, ressourcekortlægninger, verificering og registrering af bygninger, tekniske anlæg, hegn, installationer og adgangsforhold, undersøgelse af topjord, udarbejdelse af graveplan, screening for naturinteresser, varetagelse af arbejdsmiljøkoordinering i projekteringsfasen samt eventuel supplerende prøvetagning og miljøtilsyn i forbindelse med håndtering af jord. Leverancerne danner grundlag for Bygningsstyrelsens videre sagsbehandling og efterfølgende tildeling og gennemførelse af nedrivningsentrepriser. Rammeaftalen er opdelt i 3 delaftaler.
