Description
Udbud i henhold til Udbudslovens afsnit III på forløb for en bred og sammensat målgruppe af voksne borgere indenfor Beskæftigelsesområdet. Kontrakten er udbudt i 2 (to) delaftaler. Det overordnede formål med samtlige forløb er at udvikle den enkelte borgers arbejdsevne mest muligt. For nogle borgere, vil der være behov for en kortvarig målrettet indsats, der understøtter borgeren mod/tilbage mod beskæftigelse, mens der for andre vil være behov for et længerevarende og mere håndholdt forløb. Fælles for alle forløb er, at der skal arbejdes med virksomhedsrettede indsatser. Delaftale 1 omfatter følgende forløb: A Mestringsforløb – gruppeforløb B Jobsøgningsforløb – gruppeforløb C Praktik-etablering/jobformidling – individuelt forløb D Praktik-etablering/Helhedsorienteret indsats – individuelt forløb Delaftale 2 omfatter følgende forløb: E Træningsbane/virksomhedscenter Nærmere specifikation af samtlige målgrupper fremgår af Bilag 6 Kravspecifikation afsnit 3.1 Målgruppens karakteristika.
