Rakennuksen käyttäjänä tulee olemaan Tampereen Kaupunkiliikenne Oy. Tilat ovat suunniteltu Tampereen Kaupunkiliikenne Oy:n koko henkilöstölle sekä liiketoiminnalle. Rakennukseen tulee muun muassa bussien pesu- ja korjaamotilat, kalustohalli ja toimistotilat. Toimistorakennuksen koko tulee olemaan alustavasti arviolta noin 850 m^2 ja muut tilat noin 11 545 m^2. Urakkamuotona yhteistoiminnallinen projektinjohtourakka. Hankkeen alustava aikataulu (tarkentuu myöhemmässä vaiheessa) - kilpailutus 10/2026 – 2/2027 - Kehitysvaihe + suunnittelu 3/2027 – 8/2027 - Rakentamisen valmistelu 8/2027 – 9/2027 - Rakentaminen (1-vaihe) 9/2027 – 7/2028 - Rakentaminen (2-vaihe) 9/2028 – 8/2029 Rakentaminen toteutetaa joko kahdessa tai yhdessä vaiheessa.
