Kaarinan kaupunki (jäljempänä "Tilaaja") hakee pienurakoiden ja -korjaustöiden puitesopimuskumppaneita sopimuskaudelle 1.1.2027 – 31.12.2027. Sopimukseen sisältyy lisäksi kaksi (2) kahden (2) vuoden optiokautta (1.1.2028-31.12.2029 ja 1.1.2030-31.12.2031), mikäli Tilaaja päättää ottaa optiot käyttöön. Hankinta on jaettu 22 osa-alueeseen. Nimen perässä suluissa valittavien palveluntuottajien lukumäärä. Tämän puitesopimuksen (jäljempänä myös ”sopimus”) kohteena ovat Tilaajan pienurakoiden ja -korjaustöiden seuraavat osa-alueet: 1. rakennusurakointi (15) 2. sähköurakointi (10) 3. IV-urakointi (10) 4.
