Description
Hankinnan kohteena ovat Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen potilaille tehtävät tähystystutkimukset, jotka sisältävät colonoskopiat ja gastroskopiat. Palvelu täydentää hyvinvointialueen omaa toimintaa ja toteutetaan ulkopuolisen palveluntuottajan toimesta. Sopimuskausi on kolme (3) vuotta, ja siihen sisältyy optio jatkaa sopimusta kahdella (2) yhden (1) vuoden mittaisella optiokaudella (1 + 1). Hankinnassa valitaan yksi (1) palveluntuottaja. Palvelun toteutus: - Tutkimukset tehdään palveluntuottajan tiloissa Soiten alueella. - Potilaat ohjataan tutkimuksiin erikoislääkärin arvion perusteella. - Tutkimushintaan sisältyvät lisätoimenpiteet (polypektomiat, vuotojen hoito, peräpukamien ligeeraus). - Vähintään 90 % colonoskopioista tulee ulottua caecumiin saakka. - Tutkimuksessa käytetään hiilidioksiditäyttöä ja tarvittaessa suonensisäistä sedaatiota. - PAD-vastausten tulkinta ja jatkohoidon suunnittelu sisältyvät palveluun. - Merkittävistä löydöksistä otetaan valokuvat ja ne siirretään…
