Description
HANKINNAN KOHDE Hankinnan kohteena on Mediaseurannan ja media-analytiikan järjestelmä ohjelmistopalveluna. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen (2) osa-alueeseen, joiden sisältö on tarkemmin kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä, erityisesti osa-aluekohtaisissa hankinnan kohteen kuvauksissa (Liitteet 1A ja 1bja vaatimuksissa (liitteet 2a, 2b). SOPIMUSKAUSI Sopimukset tulevat voimaan sopijapuolten allekirjoitettua sopimuksen. Sopimukset ovat ensin voimassa määräaikaisena 31.12.2028 saakka. Tämän jälkeen sopimukset jatkuvat toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Katso tarkempia tietoja sopimuskaudesta tarjouspyynnön liitteeltä "Sopimus" luku 6.
