Salon Vuokratalot Oy pyytää tarjouksia Isohärjänkatu 7:ään, Saloon rakennettavan uudiskerrostalon kokonaisurakasta. Hankintaan sisältyy seitsemänkerroksisen asuinkerrostalon toteuttaminen täysin valmiiksi saatettuna urakka-asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Rakennukseen tulee 36 asuntoa sekä väestönsuoja, irtaimistovarastoja, teknisiä tiloja, jätehuone ja yhteisiä varastotiloja. Urakka toteutetaan kokonaisurakkana, jossa urakoitsija toimii kohteen päätoteuttajana ja vastaa hankkeen toteuttamisesta kokonaisuudessaan sisältäen rakennus-, maanrakennus-, LVIA- ja sähkötyöt sekä muut urakka-asiakirjoissa määritellyt velvoitteet. Rakennuskohde sijaitsee osoitteessa Isohärjänkatu 7, 24240 Salo. Rakennuspaikka on nykyisellään rakentamaton tontti. Hankinnan tarkempi sisältö, soveltuvuusvaatimukset, vertailuperusteet ja muut ehdot on esitetty tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa.
