Description
Hankinnan kohteena ovat Kiinteistö oy Auroranlinnalle suoritettavat kattotarkastukset, pienkorjaukset ja akuutit tilaustyöt kiinteistöhuollon tai Auroranlinnan kautta. Auroranlinnalla on kiinteistöjä noin 80 kohteessa ympäri Helsinkiä. Kiinteistöt/yhtiöt ovat kooltaan paritaloista yli 160 asuntoa käsittäviin talokokonaisuuksiin. Tarjoajalla tulee siten olla riittävät resurssit töiden loppuun saattamiseksi. Tehtävään on tarkoitus valita urakoitsija, joka ovat saanut eniten pisteitä kilpailutuksesta. Kohteisiin voi tutustua Auroranlinnan nettisivujen kautta ja paikan päällä käymällä. Sopimus on tarkoitus alkaa 5.1.2027. Sopimus tehdään määräaikaisena 2 vuodeksi. Sopimukseen sisältyy optio (2) kahdesta yhden (1) vuoden pituisesta optiovuodesta.
