Description
Urakka on kokonaisperusteinen Suunnittele ja toteuta -urakka (ST). Tarjoukseen ei edellytä liitettäväksi alustavaa rakentamissuunnitelmaa. Kuitenkin urakoitsija vastaa tarjousratkaisujensa tuotevaatimusten mukaisuudesta. Urakkaan sisältyy Vt 21 parantaminen välillä Palojoensuu - Maunu, Enontekiö, tiesuunnitelma plv. 600-3040 sekä 19000-29060 hankkeen rakentamissuunnitelman tuottaminen ja rakennustyön toteuttaminen kohdassa 3.4 edellytetyssä laajuudessa kaikkien urakka-asiakirjojen mukaisesti siten, että työn lopputulos, rakenteet ja tekniset järjestelmät, niiden osat ja käytetyt rakennusaineet täyttävät niille asetetut vaatimukset. Urakoitsijan tulee suorittaa kaikki ne työt ja niihin liittyvät hankinnat, jotka asiakirjojen mukaisen työsuorituksen valmiiksi saattaminen edellyttää ja joista ei nimenomaan asiakirjoissa mainita, etteivät ne kuulu urakoitsijan suoritusvelvollisuuteen. Allekirjoittanut urakoitsija sitoutuu jäljempänä määriteltyä urakkahintaa vastaan suorittamaan…
