Le marché a pour objet une mission d’Ordonnancement Pilotage Coordination (OPC) dans le cadre des travaux d’extension du centre aquatique communautaire ALRE’O sur la commune d’Auray. La mission d'ordonnancement, de coordination et de pilotage du chantier est définie à l’article R2431-17 du Code de la commande publique. Les travaux consistent en l’extension du centre aquatique ALRE’O, situé dans la zone d’activité Porte Océane 3. Le bâtiment existant, qui avait été mis en service en 2015, fera l’objet d’un programme de travaux Tous Corps d’Etat, avec notamment : - réalisation d’un bassin extérieur + espaces paysagers - rénovation et extension de l’espace bien-être (sauna, hammam, ...) - extension probable pour les espaces administratifs - réaménagements divers intérieurs (espaces du personnel, vestiaires, rangements, ...) - réaménagements intérieurs dans le cadre de l’amélioration des flux (groupes, loisirs, personnel,...) - remplacement du toboggan - remplacement / amélioration des…
