Description
La présente consultation est lancée selon la procédure adaptée en application du décret du 25 mars 2016 relatif aux Marchés Publics et vu l’ordonnance du 23 juillet 2015 relative aux Marchés Publics. Le maitre d’ouvrage se réserve la possibilité d’engager des négociations avec les candidats ayant remis les offres économiquement les plus avantageuses au regard des critères définis dans le présent règlement. Cette négociation pourra porter sur tous les éléments de l’offre, notamment sur le prix. Un courrier à chacun des candidats retenus, qui pourra alors présenter une offre modifiée. En cas d’infructuosité, le maître d’ouvrage se réserve le droit de faire recours à l’article 35 du Code des Marchés Publics
