Construction du nouveau bâtiment élémentaire comprenant les locaux médico-sociaux et la réhabilitation-extension du restaurant scolaire comprenant les locaux périscolaires. Dans l'objet du marché et les développements qui suivent, le terme « tranche » est utilisé dans une acception strictement technique et ne revêt aucune portée juridique.
