L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. La présente consultation a pour objet la réalisation des travaux de remplacement des clôtures et des dispositifs de contrôle d'accès sur l'ensemble du périmètre portuaire des bassins Est et Ouest du Grand Port Maritime de Marseille (GPMM) et du Sauze. Elle comporte toutes les fournitures de matériaux (sauf stipulation contraire) de matériel et de main-d'oeuvre nécessaires pour l'exécution de tous les travaux de métallerie/serrurerie pour la maintenance et les travaux neufs des ouvrages des Bassins Est et Ouest du GPMM, ainsi que des interventions ponctuelles sur le site du Sauze
