Le présent appel d'offres formalisé, passé en application des articles L.2124-1 et R.2124-1 du Code de la commande publique, concerne la fourniture et la livraison de denrées alimentaires à destination des restaurants des deux Groupes scolaires de la Commune de Carbonne (Groupe scolaire Henri Chanfreau et Groupe scolaire Guy Hellé). Au total, environ 451 repas sont servis journalièrement, 4 jours par semaine (lundi mardi jeudi vendredi). Le mercredi, environ 70 repas sont servis aux enfants du centre de loisirs. Durant les vacances scolaires, le nombre de repas servis par jour oscille entre 40 et 90
