La présente consultation portent sur la réalisation de travaux de peinture dans les logements et bâtiments propriétés de Cannes Lérins Aménagement et Habitat (CLAH) Le marché donnera lieu à un accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande en application de l’article L2125-1.1°, du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre ne fait pas l’objet d’allotissement. Les travaux objet du marché sont traités à prix unitaire sur la base des quantités réellement exécutées sans complexité particulières (émission de bons de commande) La valeur de l’ensemble des prestations est susceptible de varier de la manière suivante : Montant minimum €HT par période : 100 000€ Montant maximum €HT par période : 800 000€ La durée de validité de l'accord-cadre court à compter de la date de notification, elle est fixée à 12 Mois, reconductible 3 fois dans la limite de 48 mois.
