Marché global de performance énergétique visant à améliorer la performance énergétique des bâtiments du CH Valvert (réduction de 44% des consommations d'énergie finale et 65% des émissions de GES à l'horizon 4 ans), incluant la conception, réalisation, exploitation, maintenance et gestion technique des installations (chauffage, ventilation, climatisation, eau chaude sanitaire, traitement de l'eau, équipements électriques) sur le site principal et 17 structures extrahospitalières. Le marché inclut également la gestion technique bâtiment (GTB), le suivi de performance énergétique et la sensibilisation des usagers. Durée : 8 ans (3 ans pour la phase conception-réalisation + 5 ans exploitation-maintenance)
