Ces prestations ont notamment vocation à répondre aux situations suivantes : Travaux de mise en conformité des bâtiments communaux. Travaux d'urgence en cas de sinistre suite à un vol, incendie, inondation, tempête. Travaux pour des pannes ou défaut menaçant le bon fonctionnement du bâtiment. Les travaux non visés par le présent marché sont : relatifs à des opérations de réhabilitation pour des travaux qui sont tant financièrement que techniquement conséquentes ; relatifs à des opérations de constructions neuves ; relatifs à des opérations de rénovation globale. Les descriptions des ouvrages et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP). Cet accord-cadre fixe toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations, il est exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande émis par le Pouvoir Adjudicateur
