Il s'agit de réaliser les travaux de terrassements, d'assainissement, de génie civil, de déconstruction et d'assainissement non collectif permettant de sécuriser le talus routier de la RD47 au droit d'une habitation bâtie située sur la commune de Poligné. Ces travaux sont les suivants : - démolition d'une grange avec toit en tôles en fibro-ciment amiante - réalisation d'un mur de soutènement en béton armé de 47,50m et d'un mur en retour de 7,80m de longueur dont la hauteur varie de 2,50m à 1,20m - reconstitution du talus du remblai routier penté à 3H/2V entre l'accotement de la RD47 et la partie supérieure du mur de soutènement réalisé sur le terrain de la propriété bâtie - réalisation d'un dispositif d'assainissement non collectif au droit de la propriété - la fourniture et la pose d'un garde-corps sur 15m
