Le présent avis mise à mettre en place un marché de travaux dans le cadre du projet de désaturation et rénovation de la gare RER de Neuilly Plaisance Ligne A. Lot 2 : Batiment voyageurs 1 et quais Les travaux de ce lot consistent en la modification de l’accès principal du Bâtiment Voyageur (BV1) et des quais, sur toute leur longueur et dans les deux directions. Les travaux seront réalisés dans un site urbain et dans une gare RER en activité, avec peu d'espaces pour les emprises de chantier, la plupart des interventions sont prévues d’être exécutées en horaires de nuit. Quantités approximatives : Démolition de l'asphalte et repose asphalte 1800m² Fourntiure et pose de vitrage 425m² Habillage métallique 1000m² Remise en peinture 1700m² Réaménagement de locaux 170m² Ce marché comporte une clause d'insertion par l'activité économique
