Das zentrale Hochhaus gliedert sich wie folgt: Mollnerweg 35/37: EG Gewerbe+14 Wohngeschosse+1 Kellergeschoss im 15.OG Ringslebenstr. 86: EG Gewerbe+12 Wohngeschosse Ringslebenstr. 84: EG Gewerbe+12 Wohngeschosse Ringslebenstr. 82: EG+16 Wohngeschosse+1 Kellergeschoss im 17.OG Die Bestandsgebäude werden einer umfassenden Strangsanierung unterzogen. Die Dächer und Fassaden wurden bereits im Vorfeld energerisch saniert. Während der Baumaßnahme sind die Gebäude unbewohnt.
