Für den Standort Frankfurt am Main wird im Rahmen der Erstausstattung der Labore im Bereich GF1 Biochemie und Assay-Entwicklung ein label-freies, mikrofluidik-basiertes Echtzeit-Bindungsanalysesystem mit vier parallelen Kanälen und integriertem Autosampler benötigt. Das System dient der hochsensitiven Bestimmung von Affinitäten und Bindungs-Kinetiken (ka, kd, KD) auch aus komplexen Matrizes (u. a. Serum/Plasma), inklusive schneller Kinetiken und geringer Signale, bei hoher Probenkompatibilität und automatisierter Auswertung.
