Description
Die Gemeinde Rommerskirchen plant, die Gillbachschule in Rommerskirchen um zusätzliche Flächen für Ganztags- und Betreuungsangebote im Rahmen der offenen Ganztagsschule (OGS) zu erweitern. Das bestehende Gebäude, gelegen an der Nettesheimer Weg 44, 41569 Rommerskirchen wurde zwischen 1969-1971 geplant und errichtet und umfasst zurzeit einen Klassentrakt, eine Großturnhalle und eine Pausenhalle als Verbindung dieser. Das hierzu vorhandene Raumprogramm bedarf im Hinblick auf die Anforderungen der in Teilen auch als offener Ganztag geführten Grundschule eine bauliche Erweiterung. Die hierfür erforderlichen Bauleistungen sollen an einen Generalunternehmer im Paket vergeben werden.
