Description
Die Messe Berlin GmbH (nachfolgend "Messe Berlin" oder "Auftraggeberin") schreibt diese Bauleistung betreffend den Verbinder zwischen den Hallen 8 und 9 aus. Gegenstand dieser Vergabe sind Bauleistungen beim Verbinder Halle 8. Die Vergabeeinheit 02 Fassadenarbeiten umfasst sämtliche Fassadenarbeiten-, sowie Außentürenanlagen, und Attiken auf den drei Geschossen E01, E02, ZE2 und E03 des Verbindungsgebäudes zwischen den Hallen 8 und 9. Auf das Bestandsgebäude wird im Obergeschoss (E02) eine umfangreiche Stahlrahmenkonstruktion inkl. Dachdecke aus Trapezblech aufgesetzt, an der diese Fassadenarbeiten anschließen. Die Stahlrahmenkonstruktion und die Dachdecke sind nicht Bestandteil der VE 02 Fassadenarbeiten. Die Maßnahme steht in unmittelbarem Zusammenhang mit dem Neubau der Halle 9 ("DOCK 9") und ist für dessen erfolgreiche Umsetzung erforderlich. Der Auftragnehmer hat daher die Schnittstellen zu parallel laufenden Baumaßnahmen, insbesondere im Bereich der Halle 9, zu berücksichtigen…
