Description
Das St. Georg Klinikum Eisenach gemeinnützige GmbH (Abkürzung SGK), plant im Zuge der Errichtung eines neuen Eingangsgebäudes den vollständigen Rückbau des bestehenden Eingangsgebäudes Haus A einschließlich der Verbindungsbauwerke zu den Häusern D und E+. Das Bestandsgebäude Haus A wurde Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts errichtet und in den folgenden Jahrzehnten mehrfach umgebaut und erweitert. Gegenstand der Maßnahme ist der Rückbau des Hauptgebäudes einschließlich der nachträglich errichteten modularen Aufstockungen, des Verbinders zu Haus D sowie des Atriums und der Anschlussbauwerke zu Haus E+. Die abzubrechenden Gebäude bestehen überwiegend aus massiver Bauweise mit Teilunterkellerung. Die beiden bestehenden Teilunterkellerungen verbleiben erhalten und sind nicht Bestandteil der Rückbauleistung.
