Description
Optimierung Ganztagsbereich und bauliche Erweiterung Eichgrundschule Auf dem Grundstück steht bereits ein Bestands-Grundschul-Gebäude, das auf der Rückseite einen Erweiterungs-Neubau erhält. Bei dem rückzubauenden Gebäude handelt es sich um ein Pavillongebäude der Eichgrundschule Rüsselsheim. Das Gebäude befindet sich im Eichengrund am Ende einer Sackgasse und nordöstlich des Hauptgebäudes der Schule. Umliegend befindet sich Wohnbebauung sowie ostseitig der Ostpark. An der Südseite schließt zum zugehörigen Parkplatz ein Gehweg an. Es ist vorgesehen ein Pavillongebäude einer Schule inkl. ober- und unterirdischer technischer Infrastruktur, eine Tartanbahn sowie einen Bolzplatz und Oberflächenversiegelungen komplett zurückzubauen und zu entsorgen, um ein freies Baufeld für die spätere Nutzung zu gewährleisten. In dem Gebäude wurden Belastungen mit Schadstoffen nachgewiesen
