SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. Projektbeschreibung Auf dem Grundstück Eibenkamp 1, 22559 Hamburg errichtet Schulbau Hamburg für die Stadtteilschule und das Gymnasium Rissen ein gemeinsames Oberstufenhaus. Das Gebäude soll aufgrund seiner Lage am Landschaftsschutzgebet als nachhaltig innovativer Holzbau mit offenen Lernflächen, Gemeinschaftsflächen und einer Einfeld-Sporthalle realisiert werden. Das Gebäude fällt in die Gebäudeklasse 3 nach HBauO. Eine Baugenehmigung (Zustimmung) liegt vor.
