Description
Projektmanagementleistungen für den Ersatzneubau des OP-Zentrums Süd am Klinikum der Universität München. Beschreibung: Das bestehende OP-Zentrum Süd ist aufgrund des Alters in einem infrastrukturell kritischen Zustand. Eine Sanierung der TGA und Medizintechnik im laufenden Betrieb ist nicht oder nur mit erheblichem Aufwand möglich, weshalb seitens des TUM Klinikum ein Ersatzneubau geplant wird. Der Ersatz des OP-Zentrums Süd, der Intensivstation IS1 sowie der allogenen Stammzellentransplantationsstation werden in einer baulichen Maßnahme zusammengefasst. Das Baufeld an der Ismaninger Straße soll als direkter Anbau an das Gebäude 561 erstellt werden. Umfang: 467 m² Isolationsstation 466 m² Intensivpflege 531 m² Intensiv + Operativ 1.045 m² OP-Bereich 396 m² Urologie Ambulanz Die Maßnahme wird voraussichtlich über einen Fördermittelgeber bezuschusst.
