Description
Rahmenvertrag für Generalübernehmerleistungen (Planungsleistungen gem. HOAI §34, § 39, § 55 LPH 28 und § 51 LPH 2-6 in Teilen sowie sämtliche und Bauleistungen) für die Errichtung von schlüsselfertigen Wohngebäuden in Holz oder Holzhybridbauweise (Mietwohnungsbau), inkl. Wege u. Freianlagen, Liegenschaftsbereich degewo. Es werden für die nächsten 4 Jahre 3 bis 4 Gesamtübernehmer als Rahmenvertragspartner ausgewählt für die Errichtung von insgesamt bis zu 300 Wohnungen pro Jahr. Auf den entsprechenden Grundstücken sollen Neubauten in Holz oder Holzhybridbauweise entstehen. Voraussichtlich sind die Gebäude größtenteils im Standard KfW40 und förderfähig nach den jeweils gültigen Wohnungsförderungsbestimmungen zu planen. Die weiteren Standards, insbesondere für den Ausbau ergeben sich aus den degewo Ausstattungsstandards. 1. Planungsleistungen 1.a.)
