Description
Die Bundesrepublik Deutschland beabsichtigt, am Standort St. Wendel die dort ansässigen "HIL Werke" (HIL GmbH) zum Kompetenzzentrum für Kettenfahrzeuge des Heeres (sog. "Kompetenzzentrum KETTE") umzustrukturieren. Im Kompetenzzentrum KETTE sollen zukünftig Kettenfahrzeuge der Bundeswehr gewartet und instandgesetzt werden. Hierzu werden am Standort St. Wendel neue Werks- und Betriebshallen und weitere Gebäude nebst nutzerspezifischen Anlagen - u.a. - Hauptwerkhalle für System- und Baugruppeninstandsetzung sowie Logistik und Servicebereiche (wie z. B. Warenannahme, Ersatzteillager) - Werkhalle für u.a. Turminstandsetzung - Multifunktionsgebäude für u.a.
