Description
Auf dem Grundstück im Heikendorfer Weg 83-87, 24149 Kiel mit einer Größe von 831 m² will die F&E GmbH - Zentrum für Forschung und Entwicklung in Kiel ein Forschungs- und Laborgebäude für die Leistungsmoduleforschung im Bereich der Leistungselektronik errichten. Hauptnutzer des Gebäudes wird die Forschungsgruppe Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnologie des Instituts für Mechatronik unter der Leitung von Prof. Dr.-Ing. Aylin Bicakci an der Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften (HAW) Kiel. Das Gebäude wird als Zuwendungsbau errichtet und zu 100% über Landesmittel und Fördergelder aus dem europäischen Förderprogramm EFRE finanziert. Das Förderprogramm läuft bis zum 31.12.2029. Bis dahin muss das Gebäude vollumfänglich fertiggestellt, übergeben und abgerechnet worden sein. Der Auftrag soll an einen Totalunternehmer / Totalübernehmer im Rahmen eines europaweiten Vergabeverfahrens in der Form eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb nach VOB/A Abschnitt 2 vergeben werden.
