Auftragsgegenstand sind Metallbau- und Fassadenarbeiten II für den Neubau des Landeskriminalamts Sachsen-Anhalt. Besonderheiten der Fassadenbauteile Fenster und Türen sind erhöhte Sicherheitsanforderungen zum Objektschutz wie Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Einbruch sowie Widerstandsklasse der Verglasung. Detaillierte Angaben zum Projekt und dem voraussichtlichem Leistungsumfang sind in Anlage "Umfang der Leistung" beschrieben. • Die Metallbau- und Fassadenarbeiten II für den 1- und 2-geschossigen Neubau umfassen: Eigene Baustelleneinrichtung • Werkstatt- und Montageplanung • Aluminiumfenster, 1-teilig • Aluminium-Rohrrahmentüren, 2-teilig • Stahlblechtüren, 1 und 2-flügelig • Sektionaltore aus Aluminium Falttore aus Aluminium • Raffstoreanlagen VHF aus Aluminiumblech VHF Faserzement-platten • VHF Betonfassade • Reinigung • Eine detaillierte Leistungsbeschreibung wird im Zuge des Vergabeverfahrens zur Verfügung gestellt.
