Die Ausführung der WDVS-Arbeiten erfolgt entsprechend dem Baufortschritt. Das Grundstück liegt am östlichen Ortsrand von Baunach. Es wird über die Bahnhofstraße angefahren. Eingegrenzt wird das Gelände im Norden vom Bahnhof Baunach, im Nordwesten von der Bahnhofstraße, im Osten von der Bahnlinie und im Süden vom Sportplatz.
