Description
Das Bauvorhaben besteht aus einem neu zu errichtenden Schulgebäude aus einzeln ablesbaren Baukörpern mit Zuordnung verschiedener Funktionen, die durch ein gemeinsames Zentrum verbunden sind. Das Gebäude ist der Gebäudekl. 5 zuzuordnen. Als bauliche Anlage besonderer Nutzung wird das Gebäude als Schule zudem als Sonderbau eingestuft. Die Tragkonstruktion des 2-4-geschossigen Gebäudes mit Teilunterkellerung ist aus Stahlbeton geplant. Für die erdberührten Bauteile im UG ist eine WU-Konstruktion vorgesehen. In den oberirdischen Geschossen werden die Außenwandkonstruktionen aus geschlossenen Stahlbetonwandscheiben und Pfeilern aufgebaut, zwischen denen die Fenster, Türen und Pfostenriegelelemente aus Holz bzw. aus Aluminium angeordnet sind. In den Sturzbereichen werden außen liegende, schienengeführte Raffstoreanlagen integriert. Die äußere Hülle erhält eine Vorhangfassade mit vertikaler Holz-Leistenschalung, die geschossweise durch hervorstehende horizontalen Bändern gegliedert wird.
