Die Abmessungen des Gebäudes betragen im Grundriss ca. 50,0 x 14,5 m. Bodenbelagsarbeiten sollen ab Dezember 2026 durchgeführt werden. Folgende Bodenbelagsarbeiten stehen an: 8 Stk Messung Estrichfeuchte, ca. 2.400 m2 Bodenbelag Linoleum, ausbauen, entsorgen, ca. 2.400 m2 Schleifen des Untergrundes, 150 m2 Untergrund fräsen, 450 lfm Randdämmstreifen entfernen + entsorgen, 1.000 lfm Randdämmstreifen erneuern, 700 lfm Risse verharzen und schließen, 456 lfm Bestandsestrich schneiden, 456 lfm Anschlussverbinder liefern und einbauen, 300 m2 Trittschalldämmung, 300 m2 Trennlage, 300 m2 Estrich ergänzen, 250m2 Estrich ausbessern bis ca. 5cm, ca.2.500 m2 Haftgrund auf Unterboden, ca.2.500 m2 Grundierung 2K-Epoxidharz Spachtel 5-8 mm, ca.2.500 m2 Spachtelung mit Ausgleichsmasse d= 3 mm, 8 Stk Haftzugprüfung, ca.2.500 m2 Linoleum-Belag 2,5 mm R9, 42 Stk Fugenverschluss Silikon an Zarge, ca.1.500 lfm Sockelleiste Kunststoff 12 x 60mm,2 Stück Sauberlaufmatte 2,00x2,00m, 20 lfm Profile…
