Die Kreisklinik Ebersberg beabsichtigt den Klinikkomplex um einen Erweiterungsbau zu ergänzen. Vor Leistungsbeginn fanden umfangreiche Spezialtiefbauarbeiten statt, um die Baugrube zu sichern. Das zu erstellende Gebäude gliedert sich in ein unterkellertes Geschoss mit Technikflächen und Umkleiden, eine im Hang liegende Ebene, welche die ZNA beinhaltet und weitere 4 nicht erdberührte Geschosse mit Pflegeschule, MVZ, Verw. Sperrschicht gegen Restfeuchte mit Polymerbitumenbahn: 3215 m² Wärmedämmung EPS D 60mm 0,035W/(mK) DEO dh: 525 m² Zementestrich auf Dämmschicht 5kN/m2 C35 F5 D 75mm: 515 m² Zementestrich auf Dämmschicht 5kN/m2 C35 F5 D 85mm: 3300 m² Zement-Estrich-Mehrstärke, 10mm, CT-C35-F5: 4000 m²
