Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung von ärztlichen Leistungen für das Gesundheitsamt der Stadt Essen im Rahmen der zweiten Leichenschau bei Feuerbestattungen gemäß § 15 des Gesetzes über das Friedhofs- und Bestattungswesen (BestG NRW) sowie vor der Beförderung einer Leiche oder Totgeburt in das Ausland gemäß § 16 Abs. 5 BestG NRW. Das Gesundheitsamt ist als untere Gesundheitsbehörde gemäß § 15 Abs. 1 BestG NRW dazu verpflichtet, vor jeder Feuerbestattung eine zweite Leichenschau durchzuführen. Mit der Durchführung einer zweiten Leichenschau soll bestätigt werden, dass kein Verdacht auf einen nicht natürlichen Tod besteht. Gemäß § 16 Abs. 5 BestG NRW ist vor der Beförderung einer Leiche oder Totgeburt in das Ausland ebenfalls eine ärztliche Untersuchung erforderlich, mit der festgestellt werden soll, ob Anhaltspunkte für einen nicht natürlichen Tod bestehen.
