Description
Die Stadtwerke Prenzlau planen, die Nutzung von geothermischer Energie für die Fernwärmeversorgung zu reaktivieren. Im Jahr 2025 wurden für die Umsetzung des Projektes dafür eine Injektionsbohrung ertüchtigt und eine Förderbohrung abgeteuft. Die Anlage wird an zwei Standorten errichtet. Der Standort an der Förderbohrung mit Bohrungskopfabdeckung und der Heizzentrale mit Wärmeübertragern und Wärmepumpen befindet sich in am Thomas-Müntzer-Platz 4, 17291 Prenzlau. Der zweite Standort an der Injektionsbohrung mit Bohrungskopfabdeckung und Filtergebäude befindet sich in der Straße Am Krankenhaus, 17291 Prenzlau. Beide Standorte sind über befestigte Straßen zugänglich. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die verfahrenstechnische und elektrotechnische Auslegung der Geothermieanlage und Thermalwassertrasse. Die Hauptstandorte des Systems sind Bohrkeller und Heizzentrale am Bohrstandort Gt Prenzlau 4 (Thomas-Müntzer-Platz 4) und Filterhaus und Bohrkeller an Gt Prenzlau 3/89 (Am Krankenhaus), verbunden…
