Description
Ziel der DAK-Gesundheit ist es, zum Thema betriebliche Suchtprävention zu sensibilisieren, Wissen zu vermitteln, das einen verantwortungsvollen Konsum und eine realistische Einschätzung des Konsumrisikos verschiedener Suchtmittel ermöglicht. Somit werden gesundheitsriskante Verhaltensweisen vermieden bzw. reduziert und die Gesundheitskompetenz gestärkt. Unternehmen werden in ihren Bemühungen zur Suchtprävention durch Vorträge, Seminare für Führungskräfte und Personalvertretungen sowie der Ausbildung zum Suchtbeauftragen unterstützt. Diese Maßnahmen sind Teil des Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements (nachfolgend BGM).
