Description
Für das Niedersächsische Maßregelvollzugszentrum (MRVZN) soll eine Rahmenvereinbarung in Form eines Krankenhausversorgungsvertrags für die Versorgung der Patienten mit Arzneimitteln, apotheken-pflichtigen Medizinprodukten und apothekenüblichen Waren i.S.v. §1a Abs. 10 Apothekenbetriebsord-nung (ApBetrO) vergeben werden. Das Vergabeverfahren basiert auf § 1 (3) der "Arzneimittelpreisverordnung" vom 14.11.1980 in der zeit-aktuellen Fassung, wonach Krankenhäuser und diese nach § 14 Absatz 8 Satz 2 des Apothekengesetztes gleichgestellte Einrichtungen sowie Justizvollzugsanstalten und Jugendarrestanstalten von den Preis-spannen und Preisen der Apotheken ausgenommen sind.
