Description
Die Große Kreisstadt Sebnitz beabsichtigt, für einen Teil der öffentlichen Beleuchtung ein Energiespar-Contracting zu beauf¬tragen. Dabei sollen ca. 900 Leuchten auf energiesparende LED-Technik umgerüstet werden. Ziel dieses Energiespar-Contractings ist es, durch die Umsetzung von Energieeffizienzmaßnahmen den Energieverbrauch und die Energiekosten für die öffentliche Beleuchtung zu senken. Der Auftragnehmer liefert die LED-Technik und rüstet die Lichtpunkte um. Der Auftragnehmer garantiert eine jährliche Energieeinsparung und trägt das wirtschaftliche Risiko für die Erreichung des Einsparzieles. Betrieb, Strombezug, Instandhaltung Leuchtentragsysteme Kabelnetz und Schaltstellen und Betreiberverantwortung verbleiben beim Auftraggeber. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt 10 Jahre.
