Die Maßnahme umfasst eine Grundinstandsetzung. Durch die Notwendigkeit, die gesamte Haustechnik zu erneuern, die Räumlichkeiten an die neue Nutzung anzupassen sowie die laut Brandschutzkonzept notwendigen Ertüchtigungsmaßnahmen umzusetzen, erfolgt eine komplette Sanierung des Gebäudes.
