Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Erbringung zentraler End-User-Services für die TenneT TSO GmbH. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere Servicedesk, ESM-Support, Messaging, Endpoint Management, Fieldservice, besondere Endgeräte, Client Security, Collaboration und Tenant-Betrieb, AV-Services, Telefonie, Mobile Contract Management sowie Scan-Copy-Print. Hinzu kommen übergreifendes IT-Service-Management, Governance und Reporting, Transition und Projekte, kontinuierliche Verbesserung sowie Exit-Unterstützung. Die Leistungen sind als integrierte Full-Managed Services in übergreifender Gesamtverantwortung zu erbringen. Die Vergabe erfolgt als Einzelvertrag mit einem (1) Auftragnehmer.
