Die Stadt Norderstedt plant einen Ersatzneubau für das Schulzentrum Süd in Norderstedt im Stadtteil Glashütte, bestehend aus einem Schulgebäude und zwei Sporthallen. Das Projektgrundstück grenzt unmittelbar an den Grünzug Ossenmoorpark und wird von zwei Seiten erschlossen. Der Neubau der Schule ist mit einem Erdgeschoss und zwei Obergeschossen mit einer BGF-R von ca. 17.710 m2 geplant. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Tischlerarbeiten für die Schule.
