Description
Für die schädigungsarme Lasermikrobearbeitung, Laserpolitur und Oberflächenfunktionalisierung temperaturempfindlicher Materialien, insbesondere von Polymeren, wird neben dem Hochleistungs-Femtosekundenlaser ein Modul für die direkte Laser-Interferenz-Strukturierung (Direct Laser Interference Patterning - DLIP) benötigt. Das DLIP-Interferenzmodul dient der flexiblen und reproduzierbaren Erzeugung periodischer Oberflächenstrukturen mittels Zwei- und Vier-Strahlinterferenz. Fachlos 2 umfasst das DLIP-Interferenzmodul (CPV 38000000-5).
