Description
Helmholtz Munich beabsichtigt, für seine Core Facilities eine flexible, vollautomatisierte Liquid-Handling-Plattform zu beschaffen. Das System soll primär die NGS-Bibliotheksvorbereitung (Next Generation Sequencing) sowohl im Standardvolumen als auch in miniaturisierter Form unterstützen und gleichzeitig eine breite Palette weiterer standardisierter sowie komplexer Liquid-Handling-Workflows ermöglichen. Das System soll eine hohe Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Skalierbarkeit bieten, um den aktuellen und zukünftigen Anforderungen der Core Facilities gerecht zu werden. Dabei sollen ein hoher Probendurchsatz, reproduzierbare Ergebnisse sowie eine effiziente Nutzung von Reagenzien, Verbrauchsmaterialien und Personalressourcen sichergestellt werden.
