Description
Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Lieferung, Montage und Installation eines neuen Kathodolumineszenzsystems (CL-System) einschließlich aller erforderlichen Teilsysteme, Steuerungskomponenten und Software sowie der Anschluss an das vorhandene Rasterelektronenmikroskop (REM). Der Leistungsumfang umfasst zudem die Verifizierung der Funktionsfähigkeit, Bedienerschulungen sowie Service-, Support- und Garantieleistungen. Das CL-System muss mit dem vorhandenen REM kompatibel sein und darf ausschließlich aus neuen Komponenten bestehen.
