Freianlagen Neubau Landratsamt Rottweil, Los 1 (GaLaBau) Zum Neubau des Verwaltungsgebäudes des Landratsamts Rottweil (Königstraße 36) werden die Freianlagen vollständig neu hergestellt. Das Grundstück liegt in innerstädtischer Lage zwischen Königstraße, Marienstraße und Stadionstraße. Die angrenzenden öffentlichen Gehwegbereiche werden im gleichen Materialkonzept mit ausgeführt. Der Stadtplatz an der Königstraße bildet den repräsentativen Ankommensbereich, der Innenhof liegt vollflächig auf der Tiefgaragendecke. Hinzu kommen zwei Dachflächen: ein intensiv begrünter Dachgarten im 4. OG mit Ortbetonbelag, Stahleinfassungen und Möblierung sowie ein extensiv begrüntes Solargründach im 5. OG mit auflastgehaltener Unterkonstruktion für 159 PV-Module.
