Description
Das Grundstück der Grundschule Gerberstr. befindet sich in der Gerberstrase 18, 42653 Solingen-Gräfrath am östlichen Rande des historischen Ortskerns. Ein Gebäude wird saniert, ein weiteres erweitert, ein drittes neu gebaut. Das Gebäude 8 bekommt einen innenliegenden Aufzug. Der Aufzug erhält drei Haltestellen. An das Gebäude 7 wird eine Aufzug angebaut. Auch dieser Aufzug erhält drei Haltestellen. Beide Aufzüge erhalten Entrauchungseinrichtungen im Schachtkopf, die nach außen entlüften. Beide Aufzüge erhalten eine statische Brandfallsteuerung.
